The Role

We are seeking a Web Developer who views code as a creative medium. At M.versa, you won't just be "coding layouts"—you will be a key architect in bringing complex brand strategies to life. You will sit at the intersection of our Design and Strategy teams, ensuring that every pixel is functional, every interaction is seamless, and every application is built to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Execute: Develop high-performance web applications that prioritize user experience (UX) and industry-leading performance standards.

• Design-to-Code Synergy: Collaborate intimately with our UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity visual intent into pixel-perfect, interactive reality.

• Systemic Development: Build and maintain a robust library of reusable components and design tokens to ensure agility across all M.versa projects.

• Performance Engineering: Optimize applications for peak speed, ensuring low latency and maximum scalability across all devices.

• Technical Consulting: Evaluate the feasibility of complex UI/UX concepts early in the design phase to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to production.

Your Technical Arsenal

• Core Mastery: Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including modern layouts like Grid/Flexbox), and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Framework Fluency: Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, specifically React or Angular, to build dynamic, state-driven interfaces.

• Responsive Expertise: Deep understanding of adaptive design—your work must look and feel premium on everything from a mobile screen to a 4K monitor.

• Tooling & Workflow: Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS), version control (Git), and modern build tools.

• Strategic Awareness: A working knowledge of SEO principles and how clean code impacts organic visibility.
